Sacred Activations is a subconscious metaprogramming healing modality powered by the Source Energy that reprograms your belief systems, emotional patterns, mental constructs, and past conditioning (collectively called your subconscious programs) into something positive and empowering.

integrating energy work
After receiving energy work, you may feel tired and might need to take a nap, it is helpful to drink lots of water. You may have heard this recommendation if you have received acupuncture or other energy work in the past . After a couple of days old feelings and beliefs may start to come up as the changes begin to be integrated throughout your system. You might find that old anger, sadness, or resentments arise. The emotions coming up are the ones that are ready to be cleared around beliefs and experiences that were worked on. As this process occurs, you may sometimes experience physical clearing symptoms such as mild cold or flu symptoms. This is the body’s way of processing the release and is a normal process of energy healing modalities. The inegrration process could take 6 weeks or longer, so remember to get plenty of rest and water.
