For several years we hosted Full Moon Compassion Meditation and New Moon Silent Meditation practices in our home. To support you in continuing these practices you are invited to join us through the pre-recorded meditations below.

During the Full Moon Compassion Meditation Practices we have rotated between each of the Four Immeasurables: Metta (loving-kindness), Karuna (compassion) using the practice of tonglen, Mudita (joy) and Upeksha (equanimity).

Below you will find a pre-recorded guided meditation for each of the four practices. You are invited to rotate through them, practicing one each month on the full moon.

During the new moon you are invited to participate in the below guided meditation offering pointers into meditation at the beginning of the practice, flowing into silent sitting.
